“My worth cannot be changed,” is the empowering message of the Shine Program. Our Shine program and curriculum is used to establish and support self-esteem in young girls. There is an emphasis on worth, strength, purpose, healthy relationships, empowerment, and mentorship.

In Elementary Shine, young girls begin the process of learning about their intrinsic self-worth and the worth of other girls in a safe and welcoming environment.

Throughout the program’s curriculum, girls complete journaling questions, guided group discussions, and creative projects that encourage their unique personality, interests, and talents to shine, while also learning how to encourage and support others girls too shine bright too.
