Thank you, Wild Fern Cottage!
The Open Door Project is so pleased to introduce this year's Community Cares Partners. These are businesses, organizations, and individuals within our community who provide support to Open Door Project's Elementary School I Matter Program and value positive mental health services for our community's youth! Our newest partner is,
Wild Fern Cottage is beautiful boutique located in Pine Grove that offers women’s apparel and accessories, jewelry, home décor, seasonal décor, gourmet foods, handmade items and more. It’s located at 15 East Pottsville Street in Pine Grove, aside of Werner’s Lumber Ace Hardware. When you visit Wild Fern Cottage, the adventure begins on the front porch of a big old vintage home and continues throughout every room. Much care is taken to artfully display all merchandise. It’s a great place to stop in and pick up a gift - but more fun if you take your time browsing, listening to music, trying on your new favorite outfit, and chatting with the smiling faces at the check-out desk.
Judi Kassab, Owner of Wild Fern Cottage chose to become a Community Cares Partner because she cares about her community and feels Open Door Project cares also. “Our children are our future. We need to cherish them, love them and teach them that they can flourish if they believe in themselves. I love that there is a safe place they can go and spend time together learning that they matter and so does everyone in that room.”
Check out Wild Fern Cottage’s website at www.wildferncottage.com and their Facebook Support small business this holiday season if you can! We are so thankful for Judi’s support and kind words.
