Introducing our Second Annual Community Pick Me Up!

On April 26th, from 9:00 to 12:00 pm, the Open Door Project is hosting our Second Annual Community Pick Me Up in Pine Grove! On this day, our staff, board of directors, volunteers, and program participants will pick up trash, pull weeds, and plant flowers to gift to local nursing homes and residents of our community.

This event acts as a fundraiser for the Open Door Project, helping us keep programs free to all students, while also instilling positive values in our community’s youth. Your child does not have to attend Open Door Project's program to get involved! We would love to have your family join us! A small lunch, sweet treat, and small gifts and games will be provided after the event.

We are also looking for local businesses who would be interested in sponsoring our event. As a thank you for your generosity, we will show off your business in many ways! If you are currently a Community Cares Partner, we would like to continue our partnership at a discounted dontation of $125 and show off your business in new ways!
